Please open and read our Cancellation Policy , Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (they open in a new tab). In short:

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your arrival time — you can do it yourself online from your booking page.
  • Less than 48 hours: $50 or 20% of the booking (whichever is higher) + GST.
  • Paid by card? If you cancel, a 3% card processing fee is non-refundable — at any time, even 48+ hours before. (No fee for e-Transfer payments, or when we cancel.)
  • Camz Cleaning may reschedule or cancel your booking when needed (for example if it falls under review). In an emergency (illness, accident, severe weather) our cleaners may be unable to attend, sometimes without notice — we'll contact you to rebook, and you're never charged when this happens.
  • No access when we arrive (lockout): $75 or 50% of the booking (whichever is higher) + GST.
  • Please walk through with our team before they leave so anything missed can be fixed right away.

Every package includes the front entrance walkway and the city sidewalk. Corner lots include both sidewalk sections. Snow is piled in suitable spots on your property — hauling it away isn't included.
Prices are for fresh snow up to 10 cm. If the snow is heavier, older or frozen, choose that condition when you book. If our crew finds conditions worse than booked, we'll explain any extra charge and get your OK before starting — we never add charges without your approval.
No. Every visit is a one-time booking — book whenever you need us.
At the time you book. Please allow up to 15 minutes for traffic and weather. If we'll be later, we text you a new time, and you can accept or reschedule for free.
Snow days are busy, so every visit is paid when you book (card) or before the visit (e-Transfer). It keeps your time slot locked in.
We don't apply ice melt. Thick ice or extensive ice chipping needs a custom quote.
